Being Charitable

The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention is a non-profit organization that was founded to help prevent people from such acts of suicidal thoughts. They also do a foundation of research to understand the cause of why people would commit such horrendous acts against their very own being. The main goal is to reach out and save them from their own little darkness they had created in their hopeless mind. An educational system was created to help anyone from young to the elderly get informed of such warnings and prevention. This organization has been so dedicated to this cause since 1987 and still going to this day.

I think this charity is a big help to many communities and especially the young. With our changing society, the new is still a big change that many people want no part of and are restricting it on the ones who do want the change, thus causing people to feel so left out and out of place. They'll just want to be gone for good without even knowing that there is help for them. Our society has became move accepting of the new trends and what not but the older generation is still not wiling to accepting of the changes that they're reinforce in onto their children without even thinking if it'll even effect their mental health. It's not just going to be one kid they'll get the idea of suicide. It's more of a domino effect to be more.

From my own experience that I have first seen about this was at school. You'll think this is all non-existent until it happens. There is and always will be time to prevent this. It's never "too late" or "they're too far gone" because how would you like it if the person you care about so deeply had already given up on you? That alone would make the person believe that there is no real reason anymore to live on. In other words, I do support this idea and cause of the organization. It has been a deep conflict among the community on whether this should be supported or if the people are just doing it for attention.
